The HMBA is happy to announce two new land use agreements that will provide even more riding opportunities in Huntsville.
We’ve entered into an agreement with Deerhurst Resort that will allow for an expansion of the trail network that is currently under construction at Hidden Valley Ski Area. While the expansion will not be ready until next year, we’re excited about the ongoing progress the association has been making to secure the future of Huntsville riding.
The HMBA has also entered into an agreement with a private land owner in the North Mary Lake Rd. area that local riders know as “Lance’s Loops”. This agreement is a great example of area trails that without an organized association would likely have been lost as property owners become concerned with unauthorized access. We will begin the process of adding signage and provide an update when the trails are ready for riding. Stay Tuned!
